DATAVESTRA / PRIVACY NOTICE
How DataVestra handles information you submit through our website, including business inquiries and optional partner-learning accounts. This website notice is separate from the due diligence and written agreements required for any actual data license.
DataVestra is based in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. We educate business owners about possible AI data licensing opportunities, conduct preliminary screening and facilitate appropriate introductions. Contact us at mardy@datavestra.ai.
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, business name, work email, optional phone number, inquiry category and any details you voluntarily supply. If you use the optional training account, our authentication provider processes your sign-in email, and synchronized learning checks are stored with our cloud database provider.
Website and security providers may process technical details such as IP address, browser and device data needed to operate and protect the site. The training checklist can store progress on your device. If you choose account synchronization, that progress may also be stored with our service provider.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess high-level business fit, provide educational content, operate optional learning-account features and maintain the website. A general inquiry is not a data-licensing agreement.
Framer and Supabase provide website and learning-account infrastructure. DataSupply is a separate provider for its partner registration, referral tracking and transaction process, subject to its own policies. We may share authorized business contact details when you have agreed to an introduction. We do not ask you to upload underlying company datasets during initial website screening.
Please do not use public forms to send confidential datasets, customer or employee records, patient data, financial account information, trade secrets, privileged information, passwords or system credentials. Sensitive transaction data requires a separate, appropriately approved process.
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for communications, operational purposes and applicable requirements. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may ask us about information you provided, request correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of optional contact at mardy@datavestra.ai.
External websites have their own notices. We may revise this notice when practices or requirements change. Questions: mardy@datavestra.ai. Updated October 30, 2026.
